I’ve challenged myself to get healthy and my ultimate goal is to be healthier and more fit than I was in high school by the time I turn 40. My last challenge to myself was to complete the Warrior Dash. I did it and I loved every minute of it!
My new challenge to myself is to complete the 100 pushup challenge. I tried this a few years ago, but admittedly, I failed. I gave up after about the third week. I simply lost motivation.
This time, however, I hope to be able to claim the opposite. It’s a six week challenge and I am now on week two. In order to keep myself reminded of it I am going to set alarms in my iPhone (my phone keeps me moving forward) telling me what I need to accomplish that day.
With a little hard work and determination I believe I’ll conquer it!!
